For those of you who know me, I love to give lots and lots and lots of information regarding nutrition.
I also inform my clients of the structural and metabolic changes within the body when you eat junk and when you eat the good stuff.
I do understand why most of the information is too much and is forgotten.
So I decided to share with you my secret:
15 DAILY MUST DO LIST
- Think greens and beans.
- Unrefined sea of Himalayan salt in water.
- Herbal drops and fresh/dried herbs and spices in foods.
- Immune booster shots with milk kefir, which include turmeric, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
- Cold water plunges of showers.
- Intermitted fasting for 16-18 hours.
- Exercise 30 minutes.
- Healthy fats: nuts, seeds, avocado, olive oil and fish oil.
- Salad with at least 7 different vegetables.
- Don’t eliminate bread, cakes, muffins, biscuits, tarts, chocolate etc. Make your own with nutrient dense flours like almond, spelt, oats and rye and substitute sugar with stevia or xylitol.
- Limit junk such as sugar, wheat, cows milk and drugs (pharmaceuticals)
- Free range/organic animal products.
- Mommy-made foods not shop-made foods.
- Luke warm lemon water.
- Laughter boosts immunity.
